He is a key figure in the national automotive industry, serving as Secretary General of PERIKLINDO (Indonesian Electric Vehicle Industry Association). Representing manufacturers, he plays an active role as a bridge between industry players and the government in accelerating the adoption of battery-based electric vehicles in Indonesia. He is known for his vocal support for incentive policies, voicing optimism regarding national production targets, and promoting the standardization of supporting infrastructure to create a competitive and sustainable green transportation ecosystem.

Inspector General of Police (Ret.) Drs. Hengkie Kaluara, M.Si. is a distinguished senior officer of the Indonesian National Police with extensive expertise in community development and strategic leadership. His career includes significant roles as Chief of the Gorontalo Police (Kapolda) and Deputy Chief of the West Java Police (Wakapolda). Throughout his service, including as Director of Community Development at Baharkam POLRI, he has been a key figure in advancing public security, community engagement, and national police education.

Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Agus Purwanto, S.T., M.T. is a Professor at Sebelas Maret University (UNS) and a leading expert who has pioneered Lithium-ion battery research since 2007. With an academic track record of 4,698 citations, he leads the ELBI R&D foundation. His in-depth expertise ensures that every energy solution is built with mature technology and optimal industrial performance.

As co-founder and President Director of ELBI, he leads the company's strategic operations and business growth. Leveraging his expertise in economics and management, he bridges advanced battery technology with market-ready solutions, ensuring operational excellence and professional integrity in the renewable energy sector.

A professional with more than 15 years of experience in business, construction, trade, and agriculture who currently serves as Finance Director of PT Elektrik Baterai Indonesia, with expertise in financial management, project development, and business strategy to drive sustainable company growth.
